Eligibility – Entries must have been installed or completed between 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2025.
Entries may be moved into an alternative category if deemed more appropriate.
The Creative Interiors Awards cannot give an Award to any business or charity or individuals that cannot be contacted after the entry has been submitted. We cannot be held responsible for any errors you make when submitting your entry so please check the contact details you provide.
A shortlist of finalists will be selected from the entries submitted by the closing date.
Shortlisted finalists will be notified by email or phone and will be invited to attend The Creative Retail Awards Ceremony where the winners will be officially announced.
The judges and organisers’ decisions are final and there will be no appeals.
All Award winners will be asked to take part in promotional activity and by submitting your entry you give your permission to The Creative Retail Awards and its partners to use the details of your entry to promote The Creative Retail Awards. This could include but is not limited to websites, press releases and print.
All submitted entries confirm the following:
The Creative Interiors Awards have full permissions from all companies and/or brands featured to publish the project before, during and after the event.
The Creative Interiors Awards have full permissions from the photographer and all companies and/or brands featured to publish all images supplied, free of charge and without image credit unless stipulated.
The panel of expert judges will be announced on The Creative Interiors Awards website and may change in the event of circumstances outside our control.
No responsibility is accepted by The Creative Interiors Awards for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or which cannot be entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of entry is not proof of receipt.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
Entry into the Awards is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Creative Interiors Awards reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all Awards in The Creative Interiors Awards, with or without prior notice. The decision of the organisers in all matters under its control is final and binding.
Once an entry has been submitted for the awards, we regret that we cannot offer any refunds, regardless of the circumstances. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid in relation to that entry are non-refundable.
Ticket purchases for the award ceremony or associated events are refundable, but certain conditions apply. If you wish to cancel your ticket and request a refund, you must provide written notice of your intention to cancel. To be eligible for a full refund, written notice must be received by us no less than 30 days prior to the event date. Notices received after this period will not qualify for a refund, regardless of the circumstances.
The Creative Interiors Awards shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
